COVID-19 has accelerated the pace of change in retail dramatically. The new goal is not how to grow through expansion. Rather it is to grow by being hyper-local. Regional chains are uniquely positioned to take advantage of this opportunity through smart investing in technologies and services. This session highlighted the technologies and services that could be considered and how suppliers can better leverage these new investments as we move into the next retail reality.
