President & CEO, National Association of Chain Drug Stores

Steven C. Anderson, IOM, CAE, has served as president and CEO of NACDS since 2007. He represents and is the chief spokesman for an industry that has annual sales of more than $1 trillion, employs nearly 3.3 million individuals, and works with suppliers and other partners to help meet the health, wellness and daily needs of patients and consumers across America.

Rebecca Bubel, RPh

President, Kinney Drugs, Inc.

Rebecca Bubel, R.Ph. leads the drugstore division, overseeing day-to-day operations and fostering plans for the continued growth of 97 locations in New York and Vermont. She is responsible for ensuring that Kinney drugstores are positioned as a top retail destination and leading provider of pharmacy services and patient care in the communities they serve.

Executive Vice President Pharmacy, Thrifty White Pharmacy

Justin Heiser is the Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Thrifty White Pharmacy. Since joining the 100 store employee-owned chain in 2007 he has helped to build critical strategic partnerships and integrate industry-leading technology into every operational unit for which his team has management oversight responsibility.

Christopher Lane

Executive Vice President, Wakefern Food Corp./ShopRite, and NACDS Chairman of the Board

Chris Lane is the Executive Vice President for Wakefern Food Corp., the largest retailer-owned cooperative in the United States. He joined Wakefern in 2003 as Vice President of Pharmacy and added Health and Beauty Care (HBC) to his responsibilities in 2005. In 2008, he was promoted to Vice President, Grocery, Direct Store Delivery and Commercial Bakery.

Craig Norman

Senior Vice President of Pharmacy, H-E-B

Craig Norman is currently Senior Vice President of Pharmacy at H-E-B. Craig joined H-E-B in January of 2007 and has been a licensed pharmacist for 36 years. Prior to joining H-E-B Craig was with Costco Wholesale for 17 years; his most recent position being Vice President U.S. Pharmacy Operations. Craig began his pharmacy career as a staff pharmacist in Kansas City, MO and has also held the positions of Pharmacy Manager, Regional Pharmacy Supervisor and Assistant Vice President Pharmacy Operations.
