Christie Boutte is the Senior Vice President of Reimbursement, Innovation, and Advocacy where she oversees the policy development, strategic direction, advocacy, and overall management of the association’s reimbursement portfolio at the federal and state level and assist with the strategic development of priority issues for the advancement and expansion of pharmacy practice and programs.

Stephanie Katz, JD, MPH

Vice President, Reimbursement, Innovation, and Advocacy, National Association of Chain Drug Stores

Stephanie Katz is the Vice President of Reimbursement, Innovation and Advocacy at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores. She was most recently the Assistant Vice President for Policy and Advocacy at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, where she specialized in access to mental health and substance use disorder services and pharmaceuticals, federal programs, and political strategy. Additionally, Stephanie worked on a special initiative focused on maintaining access to the 6 protected classes of drugs within Medicare Part D.

Lauren Lyles-Stolz, PharmD, RPh

Vice President, Reimbursement, Innovation, and Advocacy, National Association of Chain Drug Stores

Dr. Lyles-Stolz is currently serving as the Vice President of Reimbursement, Innovation, and Advocacy at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS). She graduated with her Pharm.D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) from The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and was inducted into the School of Pharmacy's Hall of Fame.
