Lauren Lyles-Stolz
Vice President, Reimbursement, Innovation, and Advocacy

Dr. Lyles-Stolz is currently serving as the Vice President of Reimbursement, Innovation, and Advocacy at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS). She graduated with her Pharm.D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) from The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and was inducted into the School of Pharmacy’s Hall of Fame. Following graduation, Lauren completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Eli Lilly and Company in U.S. and International Regulatory Policy and Strategy. The fellowship entailed her combining her patient care experiences throughout her pharmacy curriculum, background from national pharmacy associations (NACDS, NCPA) and FDA, with the pharmaceutical industry to improve patient access to innovative therapies. She worked part-time as a pharmacist at a mail-order pharmacy making sure the right medications got to the right patients in the criminal justice system. Subsequently, Lauren served as the Manager of Pharmacy Affairs at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, where she supported the association’s efforts to promote value-based health care in managed care pharmacy.
She then became the first pharmacist to become a German Chancellor Fellow where she researched Population Health Management in Germany, Singapore, Israel, Scotland, Spain, and Switzerland, as a solution to ensure health equity, address rising healthcare costs and improve health outcomes. She also authored her first joint population health publication with Scotland and Germany titled, Population Health Management Approach: Integration of Community-Based Pharmacists into Integrated Care Systems: Reflections from the U.S., Achievements in Scotland and Discussions in Germany. She has spoken at various conferences to share her research findings, including the 2021 Health Technology Research Summit in Brazil.
After moving back stateside, she served as the youngest Executive Director for the Washington State Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (Board of Pharmacy) in the country, where she regulated the profession of pharmacy and helped manage the state’s COVID-19 response. Dr. Lyles-Stolz also previously covered health care policy including, Medicare reimbursements, AI/health technology, diversity in clinical trials, value-based care, and mental health policy areas and more, for Congressman Bradley S. Schneider (IL) who served on the House Ways and Means Committee and Congresswoman Yvette Clarke (NY).
Lastly, she was recently recognized as one of the Ole Miss Alumni Association 40 Under 40 award recipients and the Ole Miss Alumni Association’s 2023 Outstanding Young Alumni Award for her impact on healthcare and her professional achievements.
