Register

The Regional Chain Conference is designed to address the challenges facing senior retail executives who operate regional chains.

Chain Registration

Chain registration is complimentary and includes all general sessions, insight sessions and networking events. Spouse/partner registration is also complimentary and includes attendance at all evening events.

Associate Registration

Associate/Supplier participation is by invitation only, and invited companies are limited to two registrations. Once your Strategic Partnership application has been approved, the designated booth contact will receive detailed registration instructions. For any questions, please contact Mike Swinburne at mswinburne@nacds.org.

Rules & Regulations

Please read and familiarize yourself with the Regional Chain Rules & Regulations prior to registering for the conference.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing on the official cancellation form and are considered official on the date they are received at NACDS headquarters. Refunds, if applicable, will be made after the meeting. If you cancel by Friday, December 18, 2026, NACDS will refund the registration fee less a $250 administrative fee per registrant. No refunds will be made for individual cancellations received after Friday, December 18, 2026.

Substitutions

Registration substitutions are required to be made on an official substitution form. Registrations may be transferred from one company representative to a substituting representative from the same company before the start of the show without penalty.

Press Registration

In an effort to ensure fairness and accessibility for media who wish to attend NACDS conferences and meetings, we have implemented some changes to the media registration procedures.
Please contact Chris Krese in the Media Relations Department at (703) 837-4650 or media@nacds.org for further information.
