Few industries have experienced as much disruption and transformation over the past two decades as health and retail. And that’s where Todd Huseby thrives. He’s worked for Kearney for nearly two decades, starting as a summer intern while still at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. When he graduated, he began designing large-scale IT systems, and went on to become the leader of Kearney's retail health practice, where the pace of change is, as he describes it, “relentless. For example, now digital initiatives are a standard part of business operations. If you're going to do digital, you have to embed it in everything you do.”
