Tara Modisett, CAE is the Executive Director of the Alliance for Patient Medication Safety Patient Safety Organization (APMS PSO). Ms. Modisett has been with APMS for over 16 years and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the APMS Patient Safety Organization (PSO).
