Please note that NACDS can no longer guarantee hotel rates or availability. Additionally, after Friday, December 19, 2025, no hotel refunds will be given for any hotel reservation cancellations, date changes or no-shows. The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point requires a first and last night’s deposit, which may be charged to the credit card provided as early as Friday, December 19, 2025. No refunds will be available for changes or cancellations made after this date.
