Michael partners with forward-thinking Chief Executives and their teams to drive lasting change in strategy, organizational effectiveness and performance. His work centers on corporate strategy, acquisition strategy and execution, and CEO-led change programs focused on top and bottom-line issues.
He leads the Transition and Strategy practices for A.T. Kearney in the Americas, and teaches, speaks and publishes frequently on topics related to strategy and organization effectiveness. The upcoming Chief Executive magazine features his recent research on “what makes growth valuable in the retail sector” and a piece out this summer covers “the mindful corporation”.
Michael earned a degree in Finance from the University of Texas and parlayed that into a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania during a period of noticeably lax admission standards.
